If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, SmartGurlz will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. To exchange or return products, please email us on:usacontact@smartgurlz.com

After contacting us, we will send an address, you will need to return the product within 30 days in its original unopened condition and packaging (including all manuals) along with the original sales receipts.
